Church Island View Holiday Home is set in a peaceful rural setting with a stunning view of Church Island located on Lough Currane. Church Island contains the ruins of a Medieval Monastery from the 12th century and trips to the island can be accessed only by boat.
Church Island View Holiday Home is located in County Kerry, just 3.9 kilometers from Waterville, a picturesque seaside village. The natural beauty of Waterville's surroundings is well-known, and there are numerous local coastal and mountain walks.

- Bedroom 3: single sleeping 1, this bedroom can only accommodate one child, not suitable for an adult
Large garden is provided. Wifi is available in the house.
Secure on-site parking.

Utilities are an extra charge at this property and payable on departure to the Owner/Property Manager. The rate for heating & electricity at this property is €10 per day all year around. Should utility charges not be paid on departure, they will be deducted from the security deposit without further notice. Breakdown of these charges are available from the Owner/Property Manager.
2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €300 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.
3. Arrival days:
In peak season (30th of June – 25th of August) this holiday home only takes Sunday-Sunday bookings.
4. Towels:
Unfortunately, this property does not supply towels. You will have to bring your own sets of towels.

House is located overlooking beautiful church island. 5 minute drive to shop and right in the heart of the ring of Kerry. House was very clean with all expected cons and very spacious. The views of the landscape are incredible. Cannot recommend highlsee more
