It is located on the lower level of the apartment block and is accessed from street level by descending a flight of exterior steps. Property layout – Ground floor: - Lounge area with leather sofas, electric stove heater and TV with Sky Channels - Fully equipped kitchen and dining area seating 6 people - Bedroom 1: double sleeping 2 - Bedroom 2: single sleeping 1 - Bedroom 3: kingsize ensuite with shower sleeping 2 - Family bathroom with bath and overhead shower, WC and sink French doors in the living area provide access to the large outdoor terrace which offers views of Clifden Bay and harbour. All bedrooms offer lovely views over the terrace, garden and harbour. Wi-Fi available and electricity and heating is included. Please reserve at the time of booking via our call centre as your pet will not be accepted without prior confirmation. Pets are not permitted in the bedrooms, on carpeted areas or on the furniture. Pets must not be left in the property unsupervised and must be exercised off premises. Where the number of pets is exceeded, or additional cleaning is required due to pets being on furniture, carpets or beds, the charge for the additional cleaning will be made against your security deposit.
