Fleur Holiday Cottage is a pretty white washed cottage with beautiful views towards Carrauntoohil and the MacGillycuddy's Reeks in County Kerry. Located in an area of outstanding natural beauty yet this unique cottage is conveniently located close to the vibrant town of Killorglin.
This vibrant town of Killorglin is within walking distance of this holiday cottage, being just over a mile away.
Property layout – Ground floor:
- Well equipped kitchen
- Living room with wooden floors, DVD player & open fire
- Open plan dining room
- Bedroom 1: Double sleeping 2
- Bedroom 2: double & single sleeping 3
- Bedroom 3: single ((2’10” bed) sleeping 1 child
- Sun room providing magnificent garden & mountain views
- Large bathroom with shower over bath & toilet.
Outside this pretty holiday cottage, you will find a large landscaped garden with garden furniture perfect for alfresco dining or enjoying the views
This holiday cottage oil central heating and electricity.
Wi-Fi is available and included in the rental fee. Towels are also provided.
Off street parking is available for two cars at this holiday cottage.
Please note there is a small seasonal water drain in the garden.

Utilities are an extra charge at this property and payable on departure to the Owner/Property Manager. The rate for heating & electricity at this property is €7.50 per day during the off-peak season. And utilities are included in the total cost during the peak season. Should utility charges not be paid on departure, they will be deducted from the security deposit without further notice. Breakdown of these charges are available from the Owner/Property Manager.
2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.

This house was fabulous for a winter break. In a great location in the countryside but only a couple of minutes from Killorglin town. It was well kitted out, it even had egg cups which I've found a lot of holiday homes don't have. It had a lovely opesee more

It was a home away from home.
