Achill Sound Holiday Village is situated on the water’s edge on scenic Achill Island in County Mayo. This pretty seaside holiday accommodation is within a few minutes’ walk of the local shops, traditional pubs and excellent restaurants serving fresh seafood sourced locally.
From Achill Sound Holiday Village No.7, you will be surrounded by magnificent scenery and an array of popular walks. Achill Island offers five picturesque Blue Flag beaches to choose from including Keem Bay, Kell Strand, Dooega, Golden Strand and Dugort all within easy access from this seaside holiday home.

This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking.
2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.
3. Towels:
Towel sets are available upon request at a small charge. Please contact our Call Centre or the Property Manager to arrange (you will find the Property Manager's contact details at the Arrival Info document sent to you in the final payment confirmation).

No 7 has an amazing view and it would be very easy to spend hours gazing out the sitting room window. The location is within easy walking distance of a few shops, restaurants and pubs. If Achill sound is your desired location you won’t find better thsee more

We actually booked it through AirBnB which meant that we had to pay for the ESB as an extra - if booked through Trident it would have been included as we were there during the summer season when the extra charge is not applied.
