Ballybunion Holiday Cottage No. 7 is part of a cluster of seaside self-catering holiday homes located less than a 5-minute walk from the stunning blue flag beaches in Ballybunion, County Kerry. This seaside resort is a very popular holiday destination located on the west coast along Ireland’s Wild Atlantic Way.
Ballybunion Holiday Cottage No. 7 is located on a large lawned landscaped site on the edge of the town, a great space to enjoy with family and friends. There are onsite tennis courts, and plenty of local amenities including a public playground, seaside amusements, indoor pool and leisure centre all within easy reach of Ballybunion Holiday Cottage No. 7.
Located on the ground floor is a large open plan kitchen and living area which is well equipped providing all you need for a comfortable self-catering holiday in Ireland. There are comfortable furnishings and a TV in the living room area. After a day spent exploring the beautiful blue flag beaches relax by the warm open fire in this seaside holiday cottage.
Ballybunion Holiday Cottage No. 7 has 3 bedrooms and sleep 6 guests comfortably:

There are two bathrooms in this holiday cottage, the ground floor bathroom has a bath with overhead shower and the first floor bathroom has a shower unit.
From March 1st to August 31st, WIFI is available in Ballybunion Holiday Cottages.
Ample car parking is available.
There are plenty of outdoor activities on offer to those staying at Ballybunion Holiday Cottage No. 7 such as fishing, sea kayaking, sailing and surfing. Lessons for surfers of all levels as well as equipment hire are on offer at Ballybunion Surf School which operates from the local beach.
Enjoy a cliff walk along the Bromore Cliffs which is well fenced and suitable for all ages and take in the spectacular scenery along the way. The 180-foot cliffs have been sculpted by nature over thousands of years. One of the many walking trails on offer in the area.
Golfers are well catered for here with the excellent Ballybunion Golf Club and several other golf courses dotted along the coastline.
After a holiday in Ballybunion you and your guests will leave with lifelong memories and a longing to return again and again to experience its dramatic scenery and the vibrant seaside town of Ballybunion.

This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. My buddy and I were in Ballybunion for five days for the overseas member guest. In planning the trip, I was looking for accommodations nearby the golf course that were comfortable and practical. I didn't want or need anything "over the top" given that we'd be out and about more than in the cottage. The Holiday Cottage checked both boxes and turned out to be the perfect spot. We were five minutes from the golf course - so really convenient. The cottage gave us room to spread out and create a comfortable home base. The kitchen and refrigerator rig were perfect for our minimal needs. The beds were comfortable at the end of long days of golfing. The showers had more than enough hot water and great water pressure a must! All in all, our experience was highly positive and given what we needed the cottage was far better than a hotel room would have been (especially given that we got drenched during our first round and need lots of space to dry clothes and golf clubs. A great value and experience all in all.

Kitchen provisions were fairly limited. And the one cutting/chopping knife was extremely dull. We purchased a serrated knife for bread and left it there, hoping the next folks can benefit. It was also a surprise to have no toilet paper, soap or ansee more

The house was very clean and loads of room for us 4 ladies ..the site manager siobhan had the heating on for us when we got there which was a blessing as the cold and rain had been bad that day. She also sent all instructions through WhatsApp and recsee more

There was always someone waiting for the tennis court to be free and when you were using it you were rushing, didn't get much time on it with kids. We go to ballybunion every year, it would be nice to see a change in decor and upgrade on the bathroosee more

Booking conditions
From the booking date until 29 days before check-in, cancellation would have a penalty of 50% of the total price of the rent.
Cancellation policies
In case of cancellation the following charges will apply
From the booking date until 29 days before check-in
50% of the total rent
From 28 days before check-in until 15 days before check-in
75% of the total rent
From 14 days before check-in until 3 days before check-in
100% of the total rent
From 2 days before until check-in
100% of the total prepayment amount
No-show
100% of the total rent

- We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.
- The keys must be picked up during the above mentioned hours only.
