A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.

Overall the house was lovely with a beautiful outlook. There was everything that we needed in the house. We were a party of 7 spanning 3 generations and everyone was comfortable.

It was a little isolated and we had to use the car to get to places. It would have been nice to be able to walk somewhere eg a pubrestaurant. Light bulb went in bathroom so purchased some small nightlights. Also, the towel rail in the bathroom on thesee more

Some extra shelving in all bathrooms would be useful. That said, these were only minor problems.
