Brittas Bay Park Holiday Home No. 18 is a charming beachside retreat near the sandy shores of Brittas Bay in County Wicklow. This spacious holiday home is an ideal base for a coastal getaway on Ireland's east coast.
Featuring a beautiful wraparound deck, this seaside property is only 500 meters from the Blue Flag Brittas Bay sandy beach. During your stay at our self-catering accommodation in Brittas, you'll be perfectly positioned to explore the scenic county of Wicklow and the neighbouring counties of Wexford, Carlow, and Dublin.

The tennis courts onsite have been resurfaced and are now available to our guests.
Close by is D Store Daybreak which is open all year around or Excell Stop & Shop/BB Mini Market which is open during the summer months. Bay Cafe is a well-known café located beside D Store, this popular café serves delicious homemade dishes and sells fresh sourdough bread daily.

This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking.
2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid before check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.
3. Towels:
Towel sets are available upon request at a small charge. Please contact our Call Centre or the Property Manager to arrange (you will find the Property Manager's contact details at the Arrival Info document sent to you in the final payment confirmation).

This was a fantastic location for commuting to Delgany. I was accommodating myself and a group of musicians during studio recording time and it was really straight forward to come and go with our various schedules, vehicles and needs. The house is right by the sea, although we didn't have time to enjoy it too much it was a really relaxing environment. It was an expensive investing for me self-funding this trip, but if you were a group of friends or family sharing this space is exceptionally well priced and well located. The house had far more than I expected in terms of washing up and kitchen equipment, cleaning and toiletry replies. Communication with the property manager was straight forward.

Providing a small compost caddy would be great. Some energy saving advice and/ or instructions on the various types of radiators would be welcome additions. Some outdoor matting to prevent slippery surface on the decking would be great.

A lovely cosy holiday home by the sea

We had a very enjoyable 3 days at number 18 which is in a great location in Brittas Bay and only a short walk to the beach. The house was nice and clean with all mod cons and very comfortable beds with new fresh bed linen and towels!. The owners are see more
We had a very enjoyable 3 days at number 18 which is in a great location in Brittas Bay and only a short walk to the beach. The house was nice and clean with all mod cons and very comfortable beds with new fresh bed linen and towels!. The owners are clearly showing love for the holiday home as they gradually update/redecorate as the kitchen & wardrobes are new and modern. There is outdoor furniture on the decking to sit on when the weather is nice too. The TV is a smart tv (Netflix etc) with Saorview. I loved the fact there were two scented candles over the fireplace that you can light in the evening.

Personally, I’m not a fan of leather couches which are cold and uncomfortable when you want to get cosy in the evenings!
