Owenglin River Holiday Cottage overlooks the Owenglin river, a narrow easily fished spate river that flows through the town of Clifden. It can be fished for about 8 miles upstream from the town, with excellent grilse fishing in spate conditions. Self-catering guests who wish to go fishing on their next holiday in Connemara can require a permit from Stanley’s Fishing Tackle shop in Clifden, 120 metres from our holiday cottage.Things to do in the local area:
