In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.

The house was well equipped and it was very clean. Kitchen is fully equipped. It was nice that there was a quiet garden behind the house. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds sleep wonderfully. Great showers too!

The house was located 1.2km from dingle which is a 20 min walk.
The house was clean with a secure garden for our dog.
The front bedcroom was ensuite and was very comfoftable.The house is well equiped witha great size kitchen.

The house was very clean with all the usual facilities. A very quiet area with little passing traffic but also only a short walk to the shop & main street. Lovely view of the mountains from the back garden.

Great location and footpath all the way into the town so v safe for walking into Dingle with young kids. Lidl only 10 mins walk from the house. House was very clean and tidy and had TV and selection of DVD's fr the kids which was great.

I think the bed in the main bedroom is very small, a king size bed would suit the room better and offer a higher level of comfort.
The house is on the outskirts of the town
( which obviously can’t be changed ) and a car is required in my opinion see more

House was beautiful and clean , Mary the sight manager was so friendly and kind , couldn’t have asked for a nicer stay , traveled with 3 adult girls and husband and 2 of the girls are special needs and found everything pleasant and felt happy which made our stay better , thank you

1. Heating and Electricity: This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. Please check with the local Owner/ Property Manager before arrival how this is calculated or before making the booking. 2. Security Deposit: A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid before check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival.
