Fairfield Holiday Home is a bright and airy holiday apartment ideally located in the heart of Dingle, a vibrant harbour town in County Kerry. This holiday apartment is ideal for families, couples and small groups who wish to be situated in an excellent location. You can simply stroll down Goat Street hill and be in the midst of the hustle and bustle of Dingle town in seconds.
Dingle is a coastal holiday town in County Kerry the only town on the Dingle Peninsula, it sits on the Atlantic coast, about 50 kilometres southwest of Tralee and 71 kilometres northwest of Killarney. The Dingle peninsula has something to offer everyone, sandy beaches safe for swimming, walking routes for all abilities, a thriving Irish language community, a rich musical tradition, fine dining, sea angling, arts and film festivals, talented craftsperson and some of the best surfing in Ireland.

This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking.
2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.
3. Towels:
Towel sets are available upon request at a small charge. Please contact our Call Centre or the Property Manager to arrange (you will find the Property Manager's contact details in the Arrival Info document sent to you in the final payment confirmation).

We loved the location and size of the apartment. Location is a stone's throw away from the town and also the size perfect for a family of five.

Some small investment in Wifi and also a smart tv for the home would bring it up to modern standard expectations. Also, no towels at the property were disappointing and resolve the shower pressure in the bathroom.
