Malachys Rest Dingle Description – Sleeps 11This marvellous detached holiday home has been lovingly built to an extremely high standard. Situated on an elevated site making the most of the beautiful country side views. This coastal holiday home has 5 bedrooms and sleeps 11 guests:

- Family bathroom with shower, toilet and hand basin

A spacious garden surrounds the holiday home, and a river flows through the bottom of the garden.

Malachys Rest Dingle - Pet Friendly Holiday HomeMalachys Rest Dingle is a pet-friendly holiday home and will accept one small dog upon request only (charge of €35 paid on arrival).
The dog must be kept downstairs only on tiled areas - dogs are not allowed upstairs at any time.
Dogs should not be left alone in the property.
Please reserve you pet at the time of booking via our call centre, as your pet will not be accepted without prior confirmation.

IMPORTANT NOTES1. Heating and Electricity:
Utilities are an extra charge at this property and payable on departure to the Owner/Property Manager. The rate for heating & electricity at this property is €10 per day all year around. Should utility charges not be paid on departure, they will be deducted from the security deposit without further notice. Breakdown of these charges are available from the Owner/Property Manager.
2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival by cash. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.

I think €70 for gas/ electricity for one week in Summer is too high. It would be better to take a reading and pay per unit. My guess was it should have cost no more than €20 euro.
