1. Heating and Electricity:
For heating and electricity, a €40 charge will be taken at the time of booking. The property manager will read the meter, and any potential outstanding balance will be paid directly to the property manager.
2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid before check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival, or at others, it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of the year, this can increase to €500 per property.

We love everything about Dunmore east. We had our first holiday here 7 years ago and we go back from 2 weeks every year since. It’s a quiet peaceful place to shut yourself away from the busy world. We walk everywhere in dunmore east. The car hardly msee more

We walk everywhere in dunmore east. The car hardly moves. Plenty of places to sit and read, for the kids to play. A little gem on the end of Ireland.

The cushions on the couch are ripped. The toaster doesn’t work. Would be nice to have access to the hoover. Some of the lightbulbs are gone in the property.
