Within a short stroll from the fabulous beach and the seaside village of Kilkee, Kilkee Townhouse is a very conveniently located accommodation. Kilkee is a popular coastal town located on the rugged west coast of Clare and this home is a great place for visitors at any time of the year.

Utilities are an extra charge at this property and payable on departure to the Owner/Property Manager. The rate for heating & electricity at this property is €10 per day during the off-peak season and €5 per day during the peak season. Should utility charges not be paid on departure, they will be deducted from the security deposit without further notice. Breakdown of these charges are available from the Owner/Property Manager.
2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.

Perfect location for 2 toddlers, parking wasn't an issue. Fine big open plan living area and kitchen. Bedrooms bright and airy also. Will be back.

The mattresses aren't very comfortable in the double beds and the rooms are crying out for black out blinds and curtains, with small kids we had to stick up black bags over the windows as it took them hours to go to sleep. Maybe a bigger tv and 2 smsee more

Great location right in the middle of kilkee, very clean and had everything you needed in the house. Good size and comfortable, like home from home. Lovely host who was super helpful. Easy check in checkout. Fabulous stay and would definitely book agsee more
