Madams Hill House Killarney is a short 5-minute drive from the bustling town of Killarney in County Kerry. Situated on an elevated site you and your guests will love the stunning mountain views from this large holiday home close to Killarney National Park.
A number of country roads surround this pet-friendly holiday home, a wonderful base for country walks with your beloved family dog. From here you can easily explore the many beautiful sites that surround Killarney such as Ross Castle located 4km away in Killarney National Park and easily reachable on foot.
Property layout – Ground floor:
- Living room with comfy sofas, open fire, TV, DVD player and stereo/CD player
- Second living room leading out to garden via patio doors.
- Open plan large kitchen and dining room
- Utility room providing extra storage
- Bedroom 1: kingsize ensuite with shower sleeping 2
- Bedroom 2: double sleeping 2
- Family bathroom with bath and shower attachment, hand basin and toilet

- Bedroom 3: kingsize sleeping 2
- Bedroom 4: twin sleeping 2
- Separate shower room with toilet
Outside Madams Hill House Killarney is a large sloped lawned garden where you and your guests can relax and take in the pretty mountain views and distant town views of Killarney.
Towels are provided within the house.

This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking.

A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.
3. Stag & Hen Parties:
There are no hens/stag parties permitted at Madam’s Hill House Killarney.
4. Internet access:
Unfortunately, there is no Internet access within the holiday home.

We had everything in the house and lots of space for 4 of us. When we needed help for hot water etc the issue was handled immediately by phone call and instructions.

We had an issue showering in the same time with the electric shower. It was important to us as we were hiking everyday and needed to be quick. Otherwise it was all good.

Was so delighted the owner had just put in wifi and it worked fine when we didn’t think we would have it. The owner was very helpful with any questions about the heating and the pilot light went out in the wind solved immediatly. The location was 15 see more

We had a few issuea with the toilets, the flush for the bathroom upstairs and in the communal bathroom downstairs both needed seeing to.
The baby cot doesn't have a mattress.

Booking conditions
From the booking date until 29 days before check-in, cancellation would have a penalty of 50% of the total price of the rent.
Cancellation policies
In case of cancellation the following charges will apply
From the booking date until 29 days before check-in
50% of the total rent
From 28 days before check-in until 15 days before check-in
75% of the total rent
From 14 days before check-in until 3 days before check-in
100% of the total rent
From 2 days before until check-in
100% of the total prepayment amount
No-show
100% of the total rent

- We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.
