Description
Castle Quay Holiday Homes are situated on the shores of the River Bandon, adjacent to Kilgobbin and only 13 km from the maritime town of Kinsale in County Cork. Our self-catering holiday homes in Cork are beautifully designed and are set in one of the most peaceful areas of East Cork.

This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking.
2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.
3.Towels:
Towel sets are available upon request at a small charge. Please contact our Call Centre or the Property Manager to arrange (you will find the Property Manager's contact details at the Arrival Info document sent to you in the final payment confirmation).

Wheelchair Accessible Holiday Home
We also have a wheelchair accessible holiday home available on request. To discuss the layout of our wheelchair accessible holiday home in Kinsale please speak with a member of our Irish reservation team. You can only make a booking for the wheelchair accessible holiday home via our call centre, as we need to ensure the holiday home matches your specific wheelchair holiday requirements.Local Area & Tourist Attractions
Kilgobbin Castle is adjacent to the holiday homes and 5 km away is the village of Ballinspittle, made famous for its ‘moving statues’. Ballinadee is 3 km away, a tiny country village with a great pub where impromptu music sessions are a regular event.Things to do in the local area:

There were some lovely resteraunt we particularly liked the speckled door and we had a meal in a pub in kilbrittain and the land lady is lovely there.

I was in contact with Mairead and she gave me very clear info in advance of our stay. On arrival, there were no issues, we were able to access the house with the lockbox and key, the entire house was very clean, spacious and all the facilities were psee more
