The accommodation in this large and luxurious self-catering holiday property is over two levels and consists of a lounge and dining room, kitchen, TV room, gym with sauna and steam-room, sunroom with mezzanine, six bedrooms, six bathrooms and guest WC. All bedrooms are on the upper floor and the upper level also boasts a balcony, offering views of Lough Corrib and the surrounding countryside. Oughterard Luxury Holiday Home is ideal for group holidays, it sleeps comfortably 12 people.

Guests should note that there is open access to the lakeshore just 80 metres from the property.
Pets (maximum 2) are welcome. It should be noted that pets are not allowed in bedrooms or on furniture, must always be kept under control, and cannot be left alone in the property.
The property is heated throughout via geothermal heat pump to ensure comfortable temperatures for your stay.
Linen and towels are included.
Access to the property is via electric gates.
You will be met on arrival and will receive the fobs for the gates then.
There are ample parking spaces available for 4 cars.

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. Heating and Electricity:
This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking.
2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.
