Description
The Coach House and Hunters’ Lodge are set in 100 acres of rolling parkland on the grounds of the historic Belline House, just outside the village of Piltown, Co. Kilkenny. The unique location on the borders of counties Waterford and Kilkenny makes these spacious yet cosy, beautifully refurbished lodges, perfect for those seeking peace and tranquillity, with nature on the doorstep and walks from the door.

And if you would like to enjoy a ride-out on the land, you can bring your own horse on holiday, with livery available for an extra charge. For horse racing enthusiasts Gowran Park Race Course is just a 10 minute drive away.
Belline House is a short walk from Piltown village and pub; Carrick -on -Suir is 6km away and Waterford city and airport 21km. Access to the M9 Waterford-Dublin motorway is a 10 minute drive from the house.a
This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking.
2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.

Belline Estate is stunning! I stayed here with a big group of friends... adults and children, and everyone loved it! We rented the coach house and hunters lodge as 1... and it was huge, spacious rooms, fully equipped etc. The grounds were fab, there see more

We rented the coach house and hunters lodge as 1... and it was huge, spacious rooms, fully equipped etc. The grounds were fab, there were plenty of horses, donkeys and other animals for the kids to see...they never got bored!
We were lucky to get great weather so we made use of the excellent BBQ. Location - while stunning - is remote, so you do need a car to get around. Hosts were lovely and friendly and had gorgeous dogs!! |
