Situated on the shores of Lough Derg, this 3-bedroom holiday home is the perfect destination for a lake side holiday with family or friends. From this lake side holiday home, you will be surrounded by stunning scenery and an array of both water and land sports. The trails and water surrounding this property make it the perfect base for an active outdoor holiday in Ireland.

This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking.
2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.
3. Towels:
Towel sets are available upon request at a small charge. Please contact our Call Centre or the Property Manager to arrange (you will find the Property Manager's contact details at the Arrival Info document sent to you in the final payment confirmation).

We, as a family of 6 enjoyed 7 nights at no. 3 Old court, Terryglass. On arrival the house was spotless and very well presented, there was a large kitchen/living area, utility, three very well appointed bedrooms, one ensuite, main bathroom, and downstairs toilet. The area was very quiet and very relaxing. Dympna, the manager of the house was extremely helpful when i contacted her prior to our arrival, also during our stay she was very helpful at all times. The house was good value for the week. We ate at Paddys bar which was well priced and excellent food, a stroll from the house. Supervalu and Aldi in Portumna, 15 minutes away. We hope to return.
