Kilkee is a popular coastal town located on the rugged west coast of Clare and these holiday apartments are a great base for visitors at any time of the year.KILKEE HOLIDAY HOMES TYPE C - SLEEPS 4:Type A accommodation has 2 bedrooms, sleeps 4 people and is located on the ground floor.These holiday apartments have an open plan spacious kitchen/dining and living area.The kitchen is fully equipped with all essential appliances, new flat screen TV’s and high-speed internet throughout. PROPERTY LAYOUT:- Open plan kitchen/dining/living area- Bedroom 1: double ensuite sleeping 2- Bedroom 2: twin sleeping 2 - Family bathroom with over bath showerWifi is available at the property.There are large open spaces for kids to play and garden furniture is provided for outside dining. There is on-site parking beside each property with sufficient space to leave wet gear and kids bicyclesLOCAL AREA AND TOURIST ATTRACTIONS:Kilkee, called by the locals The Gateway to the Ocean, is a beautiful coastal town, filled with an array of entertainment, great local restaurants, bars, live music and fun! Located on the stunning Wild Atlantic Way, with spectacular coastal scenery, beaches, Kilkee is an ideal base for your next holiday in Ireland.Things to do in the local area:- Kilkee Waterworld- The Loophead Peninsula- Whale and dolphin watching- Kilkee Dive Centre - the local surf and kayaking centre- Nevsail Watersports and Rock Climbing for extreme sports and adventure activities- Pollocks Holes at Diamond Rocks- For golfers: Kilkee Golf Club, Trump International Golf Links (in Doonbeg), Doonbeg Golf Club, Lahinch Golf Club (Doonbeg)- Ferry from Killimer to Tarbet to explore North Kerry- Visit the village of Cross, Killbaha and Carrigaholt- Cliffs of Moher- The BurrenIMPORTANT NOTES:1. Heating and Electricity:This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking.2. Security Deposit:A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.3. Towels:Towel sets are available upon request at a small charge. Please contact our Call Centre or the Property Manager to arrange (you will find the Property Manager's contact details at the Arrival Info document sent to you in the final payment confirmation).

Booking conditions
From the booking date until 29 days before check-in, cancellation would have a penalty of 50% of the total price of the rent.
Cancellation policies
In case of cancellation the following charges will apply
From the booking date until 29 days before check-in
50% of the total rent
From 28 days before check-in until 15 days before check-in
75% of the total rent
From 14 days before check-in until 3 days before check-in
100% of the total rent
From 2 days before until check-in
100% of the total prepayment amount
No-show
100% of the total rent
